BUT there is a twist.

ONLY REGISTERED customers will be able to add feedback, if they are not logged in yet they will get a login screen. 4 failed attempts will boot them out of the guestbook add area.

This is to help curtail spammers.

Just a note. I am not going to be flexible about this. GB spammers are
causing serious harm to my machines and bandwidth. I will not entertain offering the registered customers only as an option it will be this way for
all stores.
