Your Account -and- Save Cart
A new feature for your customers.
"Your Account"
 is an area that your customers will be able to login and do a few different things.
  1. they will be able to view and modify their own profile. Name address email etc.
  2. they will be able to view their order history and view the details of their orders.
  3. "Save Cart" your customers will be able to "Save" the current cart. once saved the cart can be recalled at any time. All of these features can be turned on or off by you. by disallowing the "Your Account" feature they will not be able to use any of these. This feature will also have a new special tag.

there would be a "Save Cart" link instead of the
"Retrieve Saved Cart" link
